The staff are great and the hotel has a favorable location near restaurants and bars, and a coffee shop. The double room is outstanding with orange juice, 2 queen beds, and a “classic view.” The property also has a restaurant for breakfast.

The historic building of this hotel adds a unique charm to the stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with 2 queen beds each, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool and jacuzzi are well-maintained and provide a refreshing experience. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful, accommodating the guests' needs.

A negative aspect of the hotel is the poor sound insulation, as we could hear nearby bedroom doors being opened and closed.

Gorgeous and absolutely fantastic hotel in a historic historic style building. Climate control and TV set in the room, beautiful and wonderful location. A view of swimming pool from my window. Location so close to the Belleview Inn as well as Clearwater and Tampa. Also, close to everything.

The decor here is beautiful, and the room is perfectly clean and incredible.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful color palette and tasteful decor at Belleview Inn. The attention to detail, like the turndown service, rose, chocolates, and little cards. I also loved the picnic basket breakfast, although I wish it included hot coffee. The porches, lemonade, rockers, and stained glass added to the charming ambiance of the hotel. The library filled with the Inn's history was a great touch too.

I had the most amazing time at Belleview Inn. The hotel and grounds were absolutely beautiful, just like in the pictures. The little perks like the ice cold drinks on the veranda and the Prosecco in the evening were a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially loved the resident piano player in the lobby, it added a wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

The rooms here are quiet and have modern facilities, and it's great that they offer orange juice as well.
